NII subscription 4 times of RII... strange 🤔

retail size is alao more than double of HNI.

The ratio is similar as in larger SME. Normally HNI is around 2 times of RII. Unless your application size is more than 4 times in HNI, there is no additional advantage in HNI than RII.

There is a strong reason behind excellent run in Gayatri rubber recently listed company....and hope it will continue..

I have made 3 Hni applications of 41 lots each. Can I expect cofirmed allotment?

Yes, if noone else applied 41 lots, other than you.

Applied with 85 lots.
-Debt level is almost similar since last 3.5 years.
-EBIDTA margin of ~ 6% is below average however Debt / EBIDTA of ~ 2.8 is not very high.
-Apart from bank interest cost of 8-9 cr, company is paying another 10-11 cr for -interest to suppliers, bill discounting and int. to unsecured loan. I feel supplier / unsecured int is towards the group entities with taking tax benefits here. However, being presence of fund and taking cash out to group companies is unusual.

overall, i feel business and promoter is ok but my view is not very negative either. valuation is ok. not very attractive but basis sub. can get allotment and can fetch 15-20% return.

i thought sub wont cross 120-130 in NII. Ye to allotment hi nahi milega:(

Transvoy Logistics India IPO listing

That's correct - But Transvoy may not be structurally comparable. There has been only 1 SME IPO (with QIB share) in last 10 months that saw NII subs ~4 times or more than RII subs - that was KN Agri (95% Listing gain). Clearly, market sentiment is very different now and many oversubscribed SMEs are underperforming vs GMP in the last 1 month and that is reflected in Shera's GMP. So I expect this listing anywhere between -10% to +30% and hence I have applied cautiously here. Another interesting finding is that all of the 13 SME IPOs with QIB share in last 10 months have given 40%+ listing gain, so lets see if shera will be the first bad apple in the lot.

Someone just pumped in 250 odd crores in Shera... :)

Jamsait - Lokesh, Ravi, Anant are not active now a days in CG. I am not sure if they are seeing the messages. Noorul has sold in grey and hence applied to cover. So he is either completely bearish or half bearish. Falling GMP and no so great subs from QIB, SME market condition is poor. You can take some mild risk to get 1 lot.
