Not to this company. Main board Elin electronics declares poor results , today trading at 10% down, trading at 170. Promoters know that the company will post poor result , even then they issue shares at high premium at rs. 247/-. Just open looting. Public are the sufferers. Not able to post this message in Elin window, so posted here. Kindly excuse

OFF TOPIC: Vedant Assets limited has successfully launched there "Digital Payment Platform" as VEDANT PAY.
That could be a Big Breakthrough for the company.
Disclosure: Holding one lot since listing.

Anticipating heavy subscription, applied conservatively, keeping funds spare for other IPOs, where allotment chances may be better.

How I can create FD, link it with my saving account and effectively can use my FD amount to apply IPO ?

Use money multiplier deposit in ICICI Bank, u will get the option while creating deposit. I have account in ICICI and using the same method for creating FD. The FD will be released in LIFO method, when required in case of multiple FD using money multiplier.

I think don't ask the banker for FD backed ASBA. Most of them will deny or not aware. Better ask them for How to link the FD with Saving Account. Link urs FD with saving account, if allowed and do the transaction as you want for ASBA.

don't fall in kotak's advertisement nd don't open Trinity(three in one ) account with kotak..

personally i had many worst experience with kotak securities ( neo)

AAG : Here is the math:

Total QIB portion is 25.06 L shares (48.42% of the issue size). Out of which Anchor is 15 L shares and Balance Non Anchor is 10.06 L shares. CG site shows Non Anchor subscription time. So with 8.73 times subscription in non Anchor potion, the total shares applied for by Non Anchor is 10.06 L *8.73 =87.82 L shares.

Now add Anchor portion (there is never over subscription in Anchor book) of 15 L shares. Total QIB subscription is 87.82 L + 15 L 102.82 L shares in both Anchor and Non Anchor (QIB quota).

102.82 L in QIB quota of 25.06 L is 4.10 times and not 21 times as mentioned by you.

If we add Anchor, overall times subs is always LESS not MORE.

Applied 43 lot,

But company is very good i am watching very closely daily
