S sir down by 10k risky to apply Next knocking the door is INDONG TEA LTD SME Dates: 9/2 to 13/2 Size: 13.01 Cr Price: 26 Lot: 4000 Retail: 50:50 Registrar: Finshore
PE based on FY22 earnings is 18.5. Net profit margins are 1.2% on average for the last 3 years. Competitors are trading in the range of 14 to 18 PE. The issue size is very big and the majority of it is OFS. Hence, this IPO is an avoid for me.

All e tech is good company as told by noorul sir.dont book loss in this fundamentally sound company.stock market is all about patience.if the company fundamentals are not good and profits are not good ,then u may book loss, but all e tech is a fundamentally sound company,it needs times.definietely it will shoot up in coming months.leave it for 1 year..avg at 90 if u have funds.otherwise just leave for 1.year
AllE tech will be driven by result, so wait for result. It would bounce back. Meanwhile negative IT sentiments, Dani fiasco, no operator play and impatience, has made it go down. Buy more if have fund, otherwise wait & watch. The business of Microsoft with that AllE tech is associated has grown consistently including last and this year. Read the report of Microsoft. It is also expanding in new region. If fund is required then sell at whatever price. Liquidity will always with this script.
@all experts....what about vital chemtech?....It has same pattern as of alle tech....It is 40 percent down from its listing price and close to ipo price...Should one take entry in it at cmp?
Hi,, It is just an my advice based on small 6 months experience in SME. I have invested in many SME stocks, some are in profit and some are in loss. But the one in which i invested seeing on recommendations of some biggie in this group made me suffer huge loss in vital chemtech as i invested much seeing his investment. I know the mistake was from my side, as biggies message on the group about their investment but you are alone and you don't know when they have exited and invested in some other script. so invest wisely and do your own research also.

@M Vihi Even i feel the same. Most of them just recommend based on GMP only even if fundamentals are not that good. Only few will click. PS: I have never bought SME shares, just applied good SME IPOs still yet to get any allotment.
@M Vihi Whenever there is recommendations from experts or biggies, follow them in total and not only one. When there are 10 shares recommendations, two or three, may be in negative but other seven in positive which give a big profit. Sometimes our greed also give us losses. Whether you got any chance to exit at profit? Our luck also work. If you are lucky it's easy to get more allotment and good profit thereon. Man proposes God disposes.

Why do those messages influenece you? Ask this to your self. Greed/easy earning :) Be good at reading charts/fundamental of stocks then dive into the large ocean(sme world) with big heart(proper risk appetite) you will be amazed by great returns :) All the best for future buying.
Anyone having knowledge of SME right issue please guide. If I don't apply for right issue and lot size increase before and after the issue. How will be i able to sell my existing shares?
@Monster Zero and other experts, any views on Patanjali? The Q3 results don’t seem that bad but it seems to be hitting continuous LCs. Couldn’t see anything negative in budget either that would impact it’s operations/ profitability. Anything I’m missing in my observations?

From a friend in the USA
“After watching Adani's speech on his decision to withdraw FPO, I feel sad...The most annoying part is, people are celebrating his setback. Some of them are not even Adani shareholders. Many of us look up to the US for everything, but we fail to realize how they support their businesses. Many people I met during my college days in US, preferred to drive only American cars or bought American products to show their patriotism and help American businesses. People buy from small shops to support them.
And, here, when an outsider is attacking, we are celebrating the crisis and hoping that Adani and his business fails...instead of considering to invest in his company stocks to help his businesses?
We need to celebrate the success of our own business leaders who have built something and contributed to the nation's growth. This is what we do with the Armed Forces and farmers. A majority of large Indian business houses contributed significantly to India's economic growth, as they created jobs for millions of young people and paid huge income taxes.
Unless, we support, share our businesses, we cannot hope to sustain and survive in long run.
Remember - It took one "East India Company" led to two centuries of foreign rule ... So, celebrate Patanjali, Adani, Ambani, Birla, Jindal, Dabur, etc.”

What is this? In name of patriotism we cannot let rich businessman do fraud. We cannot support people who does fraud. You are going back to commenting about east india rule and comparing it with Adani downfall. If the report was fake then so much correction in stock would never happen. You can still buy in bulk to support adani if you have so much confidence. Nobody is stopping you

I support part 1 of Elon's message. No blanket approval to anyone. The investor has all right to know the information. I read both HB's report and AD's response and not satisfied with the general reply given by Adani in most of the cases. I agree that they are not legally bound to reply. But in case they decide to, they should come clean and straight forward. For example, when there was a Q by BTS as to how AEL is audited by a small audit firm, the reply from AD's CFO was we support small vendors. Real reason is Act does not mandate them to chose a big one and they are free to appoint anyone of their choice. You can't play with over-smart answer. (Personal comments, no dushmani with anyone. Not having any investment in AD group.)

@Romi I support emotional part of your post. But in a money market, profit is the ultimate word. Adani was growing with a strong back up by FII. Now they are playing to push it down. Now it is the fundamentals which can save it. If fundamentals are good, they will come back strongly and prove themselves. As a common man, we are left with no choice, but to go along with the direction of flow. I feel pity with the strength of our market regulation. In either way, it shouldn't be puppet of the situation. Government should take a note of it.
