A small doubt. Today I placed an buy order on Worth Peripherals of 250 quantity, but order was rejected saying "not enough quantity". Upon further research I came to know that stocks listed on Emerge, technically SME stocks need to be bought and sold in predefined lots. So my question is till when it will be like that? Is there a certain time frame for those stocks after getting listed after which we can normally trade like buying or selling whatever quantity we wish?
Yeah. It can be bought and sold in lots, like 2000, 3000 or whatever is predefined for that particular stock. But what if I want to buy something like 250 or less? I guess I can''t buy then. My question is till what it will be like that, that we need to buy or sell in lots?
@Ocean In case of SMEs, based on the price range lot size is fixed. The lot size defined during ipo continues for worth peripheral. Stock exchanges periodically reviews the price and changes the lot size based on the market price at the time of review.
I will give it a miss based on below facts 1. Non availability of financial data of before 2013. 2. Management, only 22 employees, with no official email ids they are using ymail and gmail. 3. Not having any partnership with any big retailers like bigbazar ect, so they are just dependent on end consumers. 4. In comparing with Prabhat dairy, Prabhat came with IPO on Sep 2015 with price band of 115 rs and after 2 years its still trading at 146.
In such kind of Bull market, every Tom, Dick and Harry is performing so may be this will also get advantage of it.
Company founded in 2000 and in offer document they are saying company don''t have prior data??? Surprisingly in offer documents reference is made for Amrit Corp and Lakshmi Energy on page 62, ???
it is penny stock... better not to opt for it... but there are better chance to get listed at a price of 90 on listing day... so it is upon the individual...
