Pre Issue promoter shareholding is 91.88 and rest 8.12 held by PE investor. After this OFS promoter share holding will decrease further more. But in Chittorgarh it's showing 91.88 after OFS. I guess that's wrong.
What will be the share holding after OFS?

Aatmaj is underperformed due to its lm..this may not perform for few more months..if ur are okay booking loss,u can shift to Arabian which is available at best price now...or lese u can avg aatmaj around 40 if it comes.but aatmaj also will perform good in long run.

All the orders were fake, possibly to lure in more buying orders.

Applied by SBI ASBA, ASBA amount is blocked till now. I think there is something wrong with this IPO.

SEBI should check the allotment process of IPO of this company.

Sir, Is the money unblocked now? I had same issue with Vinyas (SBI 3rd party, Skyline is LM). The application is not found (so no allotment), money is still blocked.
Do you have contact email/number of skyline?
