It better to put money like NBCC or Marksans/Almbeic Pharma.
As for a Single PAN , who applied in multiple account with multiple application , are been alloted, and they used to make listing profit.
But who applied a single lot for long run ,no luck ,just block of money for minimum 20 days.
I think, most people got minimum (20 numbers) for CARE ,which was a good.

I will not apply hence forth.just to block money for 20 days.Would have got 40% ,if I would have put it in NBCC
