Why this ipo listed at huge gain(30 percent)? Can anyone help me understand logic, subscription figure was worst.

Any promoter doesn't have any kind of experience in civil construction field.

The promoter built hospitals and institute for self or known one by making another company name this.
So their is no customer base , he done for self by creating a new company.

They already planned to make this company to list and get IPO money , and financial cooked to show it profitable other no intention is seen , so how can this company grow without any vision.

Fundamentals are too weak Still pump and dump could make it good listing as SME is highly oprator game.

Lokes sir are u thinking of applying in this sme taking in consideration the good track record of LM gretex. Such as Last hit was Jayant.

Risky hai @ Amit bhai. Rest as you decide. I know, it's sometimes tempting to apply lower subscription IPOs.

My findings :
1. They have total 4 completed projects that too of pond renovation(3 out of 4), rest one project is "Gautam Institute of Nursing And Paramedics" and interesting point is this institute is under a trust and that trust if founded by Dr. Avijeet (Founder and MD of Shatidoot Infra), in his own words " To propel technical and professional education & training, I worked with my colleagues to form Right Path Foundation, a Trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. The Trust has established Gautam Group under which employment oriented professional institutions with courses like nursing education & training, pharmacy, teacher training, ayurvedic medicine, etc. are conducted."
2. No list provided for ongoing projects - only picture provided , Out of those one is a Farmhouse project of Dr. Avijeet only, other one is Shantidoot Hospital, rest you can draw :P

At the bottom of Shantidoot Infra website, there is a section "What our client says". All of these reviews are posted on 5th Sept. Lol

The name itself saying "Shantidoot", Shanti rakkho.
Itni jaldi kya hai. Wait and watch. Not to rush for all.
Will get better opportunities.

koi bhi promoter ke pass construction ka experience nahi he!

why sebi could not see such clear flaws in compnay?
retail ke 4 cr free me aate he kya jo permission dedi!!!!!
