Applied 1 application of 24 lots, hoping for assured allotment. People have been turned off by Hem's recent performance compared to GMP, but absolute listings have all been positive (even Siyaram today had a poor listing but was +20% gain followed by strong UC, will likely give 2-3 more UCs).

With low subscriptions, it's a great opportunity to collect a 20-25% listing gain. Fundamentals are decent (though I don't like the degrowth in current fiscal, most of their peers also have degrown in this timeframe, but still command a higher PE).

1) Applied 27 lots single application at 2:55 pm, when NII was 15X, with an aim to get one lot. My calculation was NII would go up to 45 times but it has gone up to 57.28 times. I miscalculated slightly. Actually, my home work on yesterday night was to go for 103 or 101 lots App for this HEM backed IPO. As there was no demand up to 3 pm, I reduced my lot size which proved futile exercise.
2) This problem is always there. We have to compete with those privileged investors who could push through NII application in the system after 3 pm and before 5 pm.

​@DEVBULL I've never seen it go up by 4x the subscription at 2.55pm. Normally, maximum 2x from that point.

Normally the allotment value more or less freezes by 3.45pm, even having access to something that let's you apply HNI till 3.30pm should suffice

Personally applied one retail because of HEM.

In the coming days more & more ipos are coming from Hem, hence don't see that this Shanti Ltd. may spoil the Shanti of Hem. Hem would definitely more active on Listing. Those who have taken contra call on Shanti may be rewarded.

I have also seen this type of subscription and comments on ARAbian, but it was not listed in ( - ) but the ipo price 70 have given 118 level and still trading @ 98-100 . So let's see and think positive.
