Shankara building products can list around 610. The business model of this company is good, great management as it is run by first generation entrepreneur who is from IIM and good market conditions.
Only negative is very low margin business, no potential growth and high debt on balance sheet. But there can be listing gains of around 150 Rs. Avoid long term.
Actually debt is not of much concern as long as it is within acceptable ratio and company is profitable and pays high corporate tax. Leveraging is an acceptable financial tool and saves on taxes! Companies prefer leveraging than raising more equity as it also improves ROC , EPS and PE.
