Will that be safe if I transfer money to my account on Monday (have initiated NEFT already but it will get settled on Monday being the next working day) after my Application ID has been generated and application for IPO has been submitted already???
Anyone knows .... when is NSE ipo comming ? what may be the date.... and what are the future good earning IPO''s ..? I am waiting for a Good answer. Please give your views also .
I applied for ipo of shankara from SBI Online. After this is there any other process to do. & it is the right way to Applied for IPO. Please let me know......
That is all it brother. When you apply through BANK online, you will receive an message that your application number XXXXX is submitted to BSE/NSE. Thats the confirmation. Just relax until the allocation happens. Best of luck :)
Sorry...Re-posting the consolidated query. Appreciate any response from your experience
I have submitted the IPO application offline through Sharekhan yesterday. But I forgot to move sufficient fund to my bank account linked. I moved sufficient funds today 12PM.
And I have received the message with application no. saying it is bidded successfully only today @2.40 PM.
I check my bank Acc now, money is not blocked yet. Does this mean, I missed it because of insufficient fund in the Account? or It is yet to happen.?
OR Can any one who applied offline thru broker can confirm that if your money in the bank account is blocked or not?
Any theory or experience to support ur statement? It might give more clarity on IPO scheduled process.

Hi Thapan,
even i applied thru sharekhan offline in earlier issues , since u might have given cheque to the broker they would present it today & any way today is 4th sat holiday for the bank, so u so wait & cheque with ur application no:. u still have a good chance
If you have received information on email or via message from an exchange, then there is chance that your bid is accepted. Another way to check is lien balance, if there is no lien, there is more probability that the bid is not placed. Also, the bid can be checked http://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx but you need application number for the same. which is possible only if you have received email from the exchange.
@Sreevas - No I did not give any cheque but gave my linked bank details. It will again come as a ASBA request through Sharekhan. I believe they no more accept cheques.
@ Jainsahab - I could see the bid details from the link but amount is not blocked from my account. That is what I am concerned about. Is your money blocked in the bank for Shankara BP.?
Bhai ye stock market hai....Thoda khudka bhi demaag laga....Jo log IPO mein help karte hai unhe mat blame Karo....Aapko sab thaali mein saja ke chahiye...By the way listing gain is different thing and company fundamentals is different...Agar demaag hai to educomp, everron aur bahut saare education company ke long term chart dekh...Samaj jayega ki CL edu is same like them...Not worth looking at...
