I think there is something fishy in the company which we haven't spotted yet ,
Which is lacking investors trust
I have just printed the drhp physically , will spent whole night to find it.

The company is has made a " too good to believe image " The image is true or not will try finding out .

It is the first time I am writing such message in last 40 IPO's , So I am Damn serious

once i open the IPO.. click Apply and give bid of 14 lots. everytime i open the ipo, it shows applied application only.

How I can submit two different application for sHNI and Retail from same account?

archean chemicals released their annual report today , sharing a bit of it here , assets almost increased by 20k lakhs , due to increase in current assets , there is a huge decline in liabilities , around 80k lakhs of current liabilities is paid off by company , seems like they used a good amount of cash as the cash in hand and equivalents hsve declined. Overall the balance sheet seems promising and implies good growth , correct me if i am wrong and please give your valuable suggestions of whether to buy archean chemicals at current market price or not and targets in 6 months.

How to sell sHni application plz help

There is heighted interest in Senco Gold from investors as seen from this board. Comparisons with Kalyan Jewelers, PC Jewelers, Thang Mayil is abounded to justify the pricing and investors seem to throng and scramble to get pie of profit.

While looking at grey market premium which most times manipulated, and the oversubscription, do take some time to visit history of gold companies. One will see that most gold & jewelry firms have not rewarded investors and only scooted with the investors' money. Some firms don't even exist today! Just recall big bank NPAs of last 30 years, Sooraj Diamonds was known later Winsome diamonds whose promoters flew overseas with 6500 Cr, Geetanjali diamonds of Mehul Choksi & Nirav Modi still at large, Shree Ganesh jewelry with an IPO at 260 in 2009 and many more in the list. All have read about Joylukkas who were caught in money laundering and withdrew their DHRP IPO. I got full allotment of 2 lakhs in Shree Ganesh a Kolkata based company with Mandira Bedi as brand ambassador. From one week of listing share never saw that price and after few years came to single digit due to siphoning. Geetanjali was too allotted whose price was taken to high levels, I was lucky to sell and escape the scam rout later. In recent past, PC Jewlers reached high price sky high price and crashed when malpractices and governance issues were revealed.

One must note most of gold & jewelry businesses are closely associated with Dubai & Hong Kong and a convenient route to unscrupulous promoters to create their own orders, ship, over or undervalue, round tripping and then siphon out money. One of the challenges in gold and jewelry business is valuation and this is where all the play takes place.

In fact, no gold company from IPO exist today other than Kalyan, PC, TBZ and Thang Mayil. Of this Thang Mayil, as south based firm with high corporate governance rewarded shareholder's over long time. Currently the price is cum 1:1 bonus and still attractive than Senco on its long-term existence as a listed firm. Goldiam is into artificial cultured diamonds not the same. We are not taking a judgement on Senco Gold as it is early days. However, do investors want to be bit cautious considering the not so credible history of gold firms IPOs.

Take your own decision based on risk & assessment. Short term investors wanting to profit on listing may benefit, but, long term investors wanting to keep the shares or those planning to buy on listing need to think seriously the past history of gold firms.

BHNI will not reach 50 times as IPO is from Jewelry industry and has high debt on its balance sheet.

@Nithin in any ipo always bhni has better chance because people with 10 lakh capital for ipo is very few.

Subscrion figure is good even though the people's amount is blocked in previous two ipos.

Don't compare previous ipos retail portion with senco gold retail portion.

Senco gold retail portion is 35% and previous both ipo had 10%.

Day two retail portion is subscribe near 4X. But at cutoff price we calculate it is approximately 3.2X.

Tomorrow last day so as per my calculation retail quata will be subscribe between 8X to 12 X Mark my word.

On the second day..in QIB there are FII and mutual fund subscription also shown on the counter.

Last day subscription figure will be good in this ipo.

2300Cr market value company earnings in net profit 150cr. That's the good sign.

After listing promotor holding is above 65%.

Good EPS and PE is below the 15.

Apply with full force 💪 tomorrow after 5 pm you will see the good subscription figure.

GMP has fallen to 77 now from a high of 133.
I believe should be a decent buy around 60 premium.
