Few years ago, allotment happened in 14-21 days. Now it is happening in 4-6 days. In future, it will be in 1-2 days. Technology improving the bidding, allotment, & listing process.

New rule applicable from December onwards

20-30 yrs back, refunds used to come by cheques in post and many a times they were lost too. So this ASBA is much better.

** 3 working days as per new update, also now the allotment takes place in 3 working days and not 5-6 days

Have seen the evolution in system from physical process to digital one . As rightly said getting cheque in time and then tracing lost cheques was real headache.. even form submission was pain in neck with long queue in good issues

I have seen physical cheque refund in dlf, reliance power. These issues came in 2008. Getting a physical form and finding a broker who accept form was a tedious task.

Allotment is not listed yet, as its being pricessed. I guess debit once have started going out.

Apko nahi mila to setting chal rahi hai!!! koi setting nahi hai. Maine 1 lot apply kiya aur 1 lot mila. Its pure Lottery luck.

Actually all the accounts are active and received allotments in undersubscribed IPO's (Mankind, PROV, etc.).
Bas oversubscribed me nahi aa raha ( I guess it's more to do with luck).

But don't loose hope if you don't get today. It's pure lottery and you need to have patience. Choose wisely before applying and don't go for every IPO.

Don't get nervous. Ye koi exam nhi h ki ek baar fail ho gye to pura saal waste. Ye nhi milega to 4 din baad dusra lgao. There are lots of opportunities. Flood of ipos are coming one after another. So, relax and enjoy this IPO season.

Applying from the past 3 years not even a single allotment in any of the mainboard ipo's yet.

बियाह करवाण थोड़े आया है भाई, दो रुपया ऊपर या दो रुपया नीचे होगा.. बस !

Apply as soon as the IPO opens for subscription, you will get it with better probability, I got all similarly, but few were unlucky as well

@kumarbabu that is a myth. I always apply on last day after 12 pm. Have got 10 or more in last 3 years.

I apply all applications on first day morning, sometimes late night 00:30 on opening date
Last allotment was in cyient,I have applied it on 7:13am on 27/06/2023

Aap kis time apply krte hai wo matter nhi krta. Aapka time kaisa chal rha h wo matter krta hai.

Multiple application with same PAN is rejected

U can apply only one application from one pan, Now ur both application will be rejected.

How to apply multiple times for one IPO then?

You can't apply more than one application from one PAN. You can maximise applications by applying from different PANs, but only one application per PAN.
