Ipo price is on expected line...from the begning it is fixed that it will be 8500 crore issue and shares r also fixed 12 crore shares..So ipo price is on expected line...

Sbi premium currently is 40 to 45
It may shoot up after Dixon listing

In PNB Housing Finance IPO most of the members said it is highly priced at that but you can see the result so let''s wait and watch.

PNB housing is good company and except for first 3 letters nowhere it is related to PNB Bank.They distribute products through their own branches.

SBI life with market cap of 70,000 Cr and embedded value of 16538 is available at embedded value ratio of 4.23

Listed peer ICICI Pru is available at embedded value ratio of 3.80

Also SBI life PE 73.3 and PBV 12.60 is very high compared to ICICI Pru which is available at PE 36 and PBV 9.60

At better valuation, I would rather prefer ICICI Prudential for long term then this stock.

Pnb has superb pe investor.when pe investor in company they are also mentoring.

What is the cutoff date for SBI shareholders ?
