The UPI ID with Google Pay should be linked with the same bank account that you use to make payments to your broker. If both are same you can use it or else the application would be rejected.
I am shareholder of SBI but these shares are in demat account of zerodha . I wanted to apply for SBI Cards' IPO in shareholder category but through another broker -SBICAP. Can I apply through SBICAP in shareholder's category? Also I am an employee of SBI and will also apply under employee category through SBICAP only.
You can apply for Employee Category through SBICAP but for shareholder category you should apply through Zerodha as that is where you have your SBI shares held. You can also apply through your bank with ASBA mentioning the demat number for Zerodha for shareholder category.

How to authorize collect money request in pockets app or ICICI UPI?
Gud too see GMP stabilizing at 145 - 150 levels....if list at 900 not bad return in 12 days....20 percentage...Let's see QIB and NII numbers tommorow..1 out of 2 will get allotment in retail.....
@VKalpesh, For Shareholders, there's no point of application wise subscription. It is "propotionate" basis. So if it subscribes 5x, you should applied minimum 5 lots to get one lot.
Hi everyone, I have a confusion. I and my sister both have a different demat account in zerodha. Now can we apply for IPO from only my AXIS bank account? suppose one by using UPI and one by using Net banking?
I hold a mutual fund for about 1.5 lakhs which has SBI in its portfolio. It is in demat form under Zerodha. Can I apply in shareholder's quota too since I have mutual fund which holds the shares? Regards
no hot candy this is not valid because you are not direct investor of the stock. You are not a shareholder you don't get dividend, bonus etc so as you are not a shareholder you can't apply in that.
Thanks Bajrangi Bhaijan for the response. Makes sense. Amit Chheda, sad to know you find the question utter crap. I was just trying to clarify since I am new to financial markets and I am learning. :) I thought since MF units are a mixture of all the underlying assets, we could be considered as shareholders.
Respected @manjitsingh ji thank you very much, but it's just copy paste, not my effort Respected @Bajrangi Bhaijan i sale my application in gray near about 2 months before @ 2500×10 so i already applied in retail catagory, i also applied in sh.catagory 8 application with minimum lot.. still have 2 application in hands of sh.catagory and want applied for 13 Lots each. but take call on date 5th after 12:30 p.m.
Suggest if I should apply 1 lot in Retail category or multiple lots ??? Does applying multiple lots increase chances of allotment??? All the experts , your advice is needed ?? Also, should I apply more in retail category or shareholder category, given I can invest 1-2 lacs ??
Just curious to know what is the logic behind 12 lots for SH category and 1 for retail? :\ Can you please tell me? Also, if i hold SBI indirectly through Mutual Funds(in demat form, same demat account), can I apply in SH?
If its list at premium around 200rs than there is golden chance to buy on listing day. Bcoz of panic one shld tke an opportunity. I will add as per my capacity and wait for at least 5 to 6mth minimum for a target of 1300 to 1400 . It's my personal thinking.
