Under HNI or Shareholder HNI the maximum price selected should be Rs. 755 correct? Or can applicants apply at more than 755 too ? I have not selected "cut off" and selected 755 as price for my above rs 2 lac application. Is this correct ?
Yes, because AXIS bank is not allowing to bid for more than 13 lots under shareholder category. Now i have to transfer funds to HDFC and apply from there.
King Kunal I confirmed with Zerodha support in writing. Shareholders can bid for more than 2 lac if they don't bid in any other category. I confirmed with HDFC also. I think your Axis ASBA has some error please check with them because you should be allowed to bid as shareholder hni (more than 2 lac)
You are updating faster than Edelweiss and chittorgarh :)

Yes but if i forgot which one is first submitted then there is a problem to identify both is it true or any other way to saprate both retail & sh application ?
Scenario 2: Yes at least 1 lot confirmed and additional shares depending on overall demand. Scenario 1: based on lottery but probability of allotment is higher.
Someone advised me to apply 13-13 lots each in retail & SH. But, Since i had money i applied 131 lots in SH. Was it a good decision? I'm getting confused now!! I have only one Demat account.

Sir please don't get confused 13 lots is max you can apply in Shareholders and 13 lots max in retail Breakup Retail max amt 2 lakhs Shareholders max amt 2 lakhs Employees max amt 5 lakhs ( upto 2 lakhs will be given preference first and balance if remaining will be allotted proportionately for people who applied more than 2 lakh
Dear @Pandit Ji, I have only one demat account and already applied as follow: Retail: 0 SH: 131 lots Employee: 0 what are the chances of getting lot allotted and many lots i can expect?
in Shareholder category there is no such thing as max. you can apply just like NII. but if you apply more than 2 Lacs then you cannot apply for Retail category.
For 30 times oversubscribe he will get only 4 lots against 131 lots applied? Or more ? Can you explain the calculation ?

@raj What I.am telling u is go with ur exixting SH application.U said u applied for 131 lots in SH. Now don't bid from any other cat. Just stick to ur app of 131 lots in SH. Here u will get more lots as compared to that old theory of 2-2 lkh app in retail and SH.

@ipobaby Since the allotment in SH is on proportionate basis..Just think that if subscription in SH cat comes at 30 times..means out of 30 lots applied 1 will be alloted..So divide 130 by 30..So basically 4 lots will be alloted.

You should have applied 1 lot in each retail except in one account where you should have applied remaining amount as 1 SH quota. You may got more lots. e.g if you have 10 retail accounts then 9 account apply 1 retail lot and 10 account apply 122 SH lots.

As far as I am able to understand you cannot apply more than 2 lakhs in Shareholders category, if there is something I have missed, I have no idea
As you didn't apply in Rii it will be a very good decision You will get 19+50/55 shares Please share your allotment as and when it happens

@pandit Ji: check below thing written on page in description:
As per RHP, the SBI shareholders can apply above Rs 2 lakh and maximum up to reserved poprtion for the SH category. SBI shareholders (bidding up to Rs 2 lakhs) can also apply under the retail category.
@Johny I have only one Demat account so there is no chances of applying in 9 or 10 accounts.
@Pandit Ji. I think you can apply in SH for more than 2 lakhs but than you cannot apply in retail. If you apply in SH for more than 2 lakhs and even 1 lot in retail. Both will get rejected. Some of the best options in SH, retail: Option 1: SH < 2lakh & Retail < 2 lakh ( in retail 1 lot or 13 lot does not make difference) Option 2: SH > 2lakh Option 3: Retail = 1 lot (If you can afford only one lot) option 4: Retail =1 & SH =1 (If you can afford only 2 lots) . . . . Option N: Retail = 1 & SH = 13
Experts please correct me if i'm wrong. I'm just learning it
