My broker did mistake by applying shareholder forms which I gave him,he applied under individual category,now after few hours he says he called up his higher authorities and informed them to change it to shareholder category and it is done successfully.can anyone confirm is it possible to change?

A lot many applications may be rejected as few banks are bidding for very first time ,problem in punching and asba ,i have listened from many investors and personally experienced it in allahabad bank and SBI Bank branch.

What will be the basis of allotment of shares in Employee catagory? Anyone Please.

Shareholder category is 25+ ... Assume 26 then person applied more than 26 lots will get confirm allotment of 1 lot + extra shares( depends on the lot size ) ... Those who applied below 26 lot one lot will be alloted on lottery ... Say example for person applied 13 lots in shareholder the chances will be one in two such application will get one lot ... For person applied 1 lot in shareholder category , the chance will be one in 26 ...

Some senior boarder explained me this in another forum (not sure if its right). Since the SH category has subscribed 25 times now there will not be a firm allotment to anyone who has applied for less that 25 lots.

Lesser than 25 lots an individual pool will be created for lots from 1-24. The total number of shares in each pool size will be divided by 25 (over subscription size) and will be allotted to that pool. Lots of 19 will be created from this allotted share to that particular pool and allotment will be done by lottery as everyone in the pool can't be allotted 19 shares (minimum of one lot allotment rule)

If someone thinks it is wrong ignore and please let us know the right way. Thanks

SBI CARDS IPO : HNI category reopened for subscription and extended upto 5.30pm......first time in the history of IPOs

Even after such a good response, what could be the reasons for extension? They have already got what they asking.
