If it get merged with any existing Bank then Share value will become ZERO, and acquiring Bank would get it at free of cost, with all liabilities intact.
On the otherhand, it further capital is infused, then it may trade between Rs. 10 and Rs. 20.
Though this situation is anticipated, the action of the RBI and Government is definitely big negative for the market.
I am still positive (•‿•) bro i see too much capability in this ipo.

Bhai @investormahesh, jabse nifty ki shuruaat hui, tabse kya tumne kabhi straight line me upar jate hue dekha hai, Out of topic but valid, Remember Newton's 2nd low.
Kisi ne mark kiya ki Retail sabse low applications kyo he ? Kyoki ye grey pantaro ne sabko dara diya CORONA CORONA VIRUS karke. & market ko nicha gira diya. taki aap 1500, 1800, 2000 aapki application ko bech do.or sara mal vo lele. Reply me about it.
Can anyone tell the no of applications received instead of no of shares applied? If the shareholder base to be big, no of valid application should be considered and allotment to be made accordingly

Lottery allotment 24 lots / 24 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 23 lots / 23 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 22 lots / 22 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot . . .
11 lots / 24 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 10 lots / 24 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot . . . . 5 lots / 5 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 4 lots / 4 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 3 lots / 3 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 2 lots / 2 applications out of 25 applications will get 1 lot 1 lot / 1 application out of 25 applications will get 1 lot
According to NSE & BSE SBI CARDS IPO BIDDING DATA the cutoff price bids for SH Category is 2.4 x only... so don't take tension of 25 times subscription applications ( Provided You have ticked cut off price while applying in SH Category).... So, according to this calculation for 13 Lots Minimum 5 Lots allotment can be given...Lets Cross fingers for final basis of allotment..
@abhijit Because most of people have bidded for more than 2 lkh. It's mentioned in the RHP that bidders bidding for more than 2 lkh rs should not bid at cutoff.
If the demand in shareholder category is greater than 13,052,680 Equity Shares at or above the Offer Price, the allocation shall be made on proportionate basis, subject to allotment of minimum lot of 19 shares. If company is not able to allot minimum lot of 19 shares, the allotment will be thru draw of lots
This one also says that when minimum one lot is not possible ..allotment will be through lottery ...
So how to ascertain that it'll now be proportionate or through draw of lots ??

@CAAB
As SH subscription is more than 25 times Who applied more than 25 lots will get proportionate lot
But who applied below 25 lots then allotment need to give using draw of lots
Your proportionate allotment regarding this who appplied 25 or more lots is absolutely in line with Linkin time's reply.
But for e.g. people who applied only for 13 lots ..either they will get complete 13 lots or they will get 0 (zero) lot..cz it's a lottery system..my interpretation is this only..could be wrong ..but I've confirmed this with a very experienced broker
Not right. Below 25 lots one can get a maximum of 1 lot by lottery. Because the proportionate system means shares applied divided by no of subscription times. No lots below 25 will get 1 lot of 19 shares. So they have to pick people to allot minimum of 19 shares (SEBI rules) which means someone has to give up their allotment. So one can get 1 lot or 0 lot.
Under SHAREHOLDER'S category one is eligible to apply for 13 Lots only , because the RETAIL & SHAREHOLDER'S limit is only upto Rs 2.00.000 in each category. Else the applications of those, who applies for more than 2L under the above categories will be rejected.
@ BALABALU, I think you are right. If the bid amount is more than 2 lakhs then it will be HNI Category.
It is subscribed 25 times in SH Category it doesn't mean that whoever has applied 25 lots will get assured 1 lot. It will be calculated based on the number of Applications received in each lot n there will be a ratio based. Pls correct me if I am wrong

confusion prevails in the allottment methodology in shareholders Qouta, as to it is like in the case of RIIs or NIIs. To be specific, whether it is like the method adopted in ICICI Lombard or Ujjivan SFB.

Overall is Bazar me kuch Nahi hai, small investors kabhi kuch kama bhi lega to phir lootega Kai Companies band ho gayi, kuch ke valuation single digit me rah gaye. Dhoka hai dhoka
I have a basic question for any IPO... Is there a difference in applying 1 lot or maximum number of lots in Retail Category in case the retail is over subscribed?

If, Rate of Interest = *@14.50%p.a.* for 8days = 239.95paise for 1X
Then, HNI Costing will be = *Rs.108.56* And, SH Costing will be = *Rs.60.82*
Hence, one can expect GMP to below HNI cost (but above SH cost)
Hi All, My application in SBI ASBA still shows scheduled in lien mark status and funds are not yet blocked from savings account. Does this mean my application hasn't been processed for some reason? Contacted Helpdesk and they said to contact branch.
