Rajakumar Sir suppose if there is no limit under shareholder category and there is no preference to allot at least one lot to every applicant then why mini nii, shareholder category will be oversubscribed to almost same extent as nii. ICICI prudential Life September 2016 NII category was oversubscribed 28.55 times and that for others category was 12.2 times. Others might also include employee category also so I guess oversubscription in shareholder category may be between 15 to 20 times. Why was it less than that in NII category?

Demat of minor is ok.
But saving account of minor can be made under guardian.
In that case application will be rejected on account of mismatched pan.

Proportionate basis. As per DRHP, If the aggregate demand in SBI shareholder category is greater than 13,052,680 Equity Shares at or above the Offer Price, the allocation shall be made on a proportionate basis.
