SBI Cards IPO
SEBI has only granted an "in principle approval" ... this is an internal milestone ... the formal *SEBI Card* has not been issued as yet ... SBICards has to file the restated financials (which they are ready with) ... only after SEBI sees that will they issue the *"SEBI Card"* (which is the final approval) ... after which the RHP can be printed ... and the dates etc can be confirmed
As per my understanding you can apply in both categories limited to Rs 2 lacs. However if you wish ti apply more than 2 lacs in Shareholder category the one application only as a application of more than 2 lacs in shareholder category will make you HNI. Employees can apply for Rs 5 lacs in Employee quota but remain retail investor for other category.

You can apply from both accounts, but not for same category For eg. From one account application in retail category & from another account application in shareholder category.
But if you apply same category application from both accounts then your both applications will be rejected.
Two different valuation of SBI Card IPO in media. Moneycontrol says SBI Card IPO is of 5500-6000 crore IPO size. while ET gives a figure of 9000 crore size IPO. if it is in upper side as per ET, nothing will be left for table for investor. Eagleeye, King Vinod and Harit please give your suggestions.
