SBI CARD SHARE PRICE LIKELY TO BE BETWEEN RS 745-775/SH

Barbeque Nation Hospitality (BHNL) refiled fresh draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi for its initial public offer (IPO). According to market sources, the issue size will be approximately Rs 1,000-1,200 crore.

The issue by the Bengaluru-based company -- backed by private equity investor CX Partners and ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's investment firm Alchemy Capital -- would comprise a fresh issue of shares of Rs 275 crore and an offer for sale of up to 98,22,947 equity shares. The company may consider doing a pre-IPO placement not exceeding Rs 150 crore, the company said in its DRHP.

Should I buy Dmart stocks directly at market price today or apply for OFS. At which cut off price retail investor will get the Dmart share under OFS? Pls advice.

There are two types one is you can apply as much as you can up to shareholder portion qty. (Eg. ICICI SEC. SBI LIFE AND NOW SBI CARD ALSO)
second type is shareholder quota one can apply up to 2 lakh only (Eg. HDFC LIFE, HDEFC AMC, UJJIVAN)

Qib not allowed in both the cases.

शायद बैंकर्स भी ब्रोकर्स के हिसाब से चल रहे है।
