AS BROKER SAY THAT THEIR IS PROPORTION ALLOTEMNT IN THIS.

@Devenblt, as I know, minimum 1 lot is allocated first. If after allocating minimum 1 lot to all shares are still left, then shares are allocated in propationate basis.

Breaking News : According to Mumbai based sources, SBI is believed to have filed a RHP for the IPO of SBI Cards with the ROC on February 18.

IPO is expected to be open between March 2-5 and the total dilution could be around 14 percent through public offer.

The price band for IPO is likely to be fixed between Rs 750/755 per share and accordingly SBI Cards is expected to be valued at Rs 69,500-72,000 crore post listing.IPO size is Rs. 10500 crore.
Rs. 950 crore is for shareholder portion

SBI Cards IPO will be kept open for 4 days instead of 3 days.

4th day will only be for Retail, HNI and shareholders. Biding on 4th day will be compulsory closed at 5pm. No extension will be given as directed by SEBI.

Individual with SBI shares in their DP ACCOUNT as on 18th Feb 2020 (the day RHP was filed) can apply in both - Retail and shareholders category if application amount is retail.

HNI application can be made either of the one category. So HNI subscription will get divided. Funding will be for 8 days this time as issue will be open for 4 days instead of 3 days.

we are all waiting for the same , I guess by tomorrow we will have some clarity ,It seems they havent filed the RHP yet . Only RHP mentions the cut off date.

नही तो सारे grey mkt सौदे कैंसल हो जाते।

Ipo बैंकर्स भी ग्रे market के हिसाब से चल रहे है।

लेकिन प्राइस बैंड उन्होंने कम रखा ।
ग्रे मार्किट में 275 rs premium है।
