us time bhi market all time high par tha sensex 21000 or aaj b market all time high par hai sensex 42000 kahi ye bubble to nhi khi history reapet to nhi hogi .
please clearify this.

You cant compare Rpower with SBI.
Rpower was not at all operational where as its running business of SBI Card..having extensive experience and 2nd largest Market share.

Yes, certainly there is a hype for this issue. As I can see, people are marching now on SBI shareholder quota so that the chances of getting the share is increased. But as the size of the issue is so high , the chances of returns like IRCTC or Dmart etc may not be considered. I am assuming. a moderate listing gain.

जितना आप अमाउंट की एप्लीकेशन बिड करेंगें उतना ज्यादा allotment आपको आ सकता है।

पर 20000 की एप्लीकेशन भी लगा ली तो भी कोई पता नही की आपको शेयर्स मिल पाए।

क्यों कि यह एक तरह का मिनी hni है।
एक इन्वेस्टर कितनी भी अमाउंट की बिड कर सकता है अगर वो एक ही portion में बिड करे।

एक hni इवेस्टर पूरा shareholder केटेगरी को बिड कर सकता है

So it is definitely not an IPO by the Government of India. However, please note the *largest beneficiary of the proceeds of this IPO will be an American Private Equity Fund*.

SBI Cards IPO will be kept open for 4 days instead of 3 days.

4th day will only be for Retail, HNI and shareholders. Biding on 4th day will be compulsory closed at 5pm. No extension will be given as directed by SEBI.

Individual with SBI shares in their DP ACCOUNT as on 18th Feb 2020 (the day RHP was filed) can apply in both - Retail and shareholders category if application amount is retail.

HNI application can be made either of the one category. So HNI subscription will get divided. Funding will be for 8 days this time as issue will be open for 4 days instead of 3 days.
