In IRCTC IPO total number of RII applicant were13,52,371.

Hi All, is my allocation proportional to how much share of sbi I am holding or all shareholders are equal, someone please clarify.

There is no such proportions...1 share or 10000 shares, both are treated as "shareholder"!

What exactly does it mean?

First message means the bidder will be allotted proportionately (like hni) rather than retail (minimum 1lot,post that proportionately)
Second message means : minimum application is 1 lot and the maximum number of share is the whole shares offered (130.5 million shares)

Had irctc ipo learned lessons from sbi card ipo ,who increased ipo price from 610 expected in November to 755 now, then irctc might priced ipo today at 1320 rather 320...

IRCTC could have priced it's share at 400/500 at the time of ipo, but then it would not have rallied till this rates,
Now at higher rates Govt will offload minimum 12.4% of its stake (almost the IPO size).
