These are allotments done to Qualified Institutional Buyers like Mutual Funds, Public Financial Institution, Scheduled Commercial Bank etc.

My broker transfer sbi share on18 Feb 2020 then i can apply in shareholder quota. What is the cut off time on 18 FEB 2020.

No, you can't. You should have shares of SBI on RHP filing date which was before 18th Feb.

Two Question
if i apply In shareholder quota (As I am share holder of sbi on record date)
1.allotment is confirm/Sure or lottery basis system ?
2.& allotment No. of shares to me as i applied Quantity (With 2 Lac Limit) Or any other
method for quantity alloted to share holder quota

Currently there are around 20 Lacs shareholders of sbi and total number of available shares in this category are around 130 Lacs. So people applying with full force only can expect allotment of two to three lots in this category. IMO Applying for one or two lots in SH won't help.

Allotment of Sh category will on proportionate basis only . No lottery

In retail, if allocation happens via lottery then that means the issue is oversubscribed more than 1x application wise. In that case anyone can max get one lot or nothing. No proportionate allocation.

Without having a valid demat a/c with any broker, he cannot apply for this IPO, either from ONLINESBI.COM (or) from any other website. thanks.

QIB - 2,44,46,393 Shares = 1,845.70Crs

NII - 1,83,34,795 Shares = 1,384.28Crs

RII - 4,27,81,188 Shares = 3,229.98Crs (Lot size: 19 = 22,51,641 Forms)

SBI Shareholders - 1,30,52,680 Shares = 985.48Crs

Empl. Quota - 18,64,669 Shares = 137.99Crs (@740 per Share)

Total Issue - 13,71,49,315 Shares = 10,351.98Crs.

so basically no point in applying through shareholder category
