And if apply one lot in retail to share holder mein kitna lot?.

Please note an eligible SBI shareholder bidding in SBI shareholder reservation portion (subject to bid amount not exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 under SBI shareholder reservation portion ) may also bid under net offer i.e. either in Retail Individual Bidders Portion for upto Rs. 200,000 OR in Non-Institutional Bidders Portion such that the Bid Amount exceeds Rs. 200,000 but not exceeding the size of the Net Offer (excluding QIB portion), subject to applicable limits.


An SBI Shareholders bidding in the SBI Shareholders Reservation Portion above ? 200,000 cannot Bid in the Net Offer as such Bids will be treated as multiple Bids.

My point is that first they will ensure one lot to every applicant in share holder category, then proportionate. In HDFC AMC issue this was the procedure.

Lots available around 22.51 Lacs and oversubscribed around 1.35 app.wise

Any where between 35 to 40 lakh application s.....That is what grey market indicates...

Hello Sirs, I am an permanent employee of SBI and also holding shares of SBI. At present I can spare Rs. 4.50 lakh for applying in SBI Cards IPO. What should be ideal ratio of applying in Employee, Shareholder and Retail category? It has already been advised that employees will get the shares at Rs 680, if allotted. Your valuable advise shall help me in maximasing my chance for getting the shares.
