I want to apply offline in both catagory in share holders and retail. There is three categories in application form, which catagory I have to tick?

Two forms fill, one is retail, and other is share holder category . You tick those two in those applications

In case of subscription in shareholder portion being more than 13X people are not clear about allotment being in lot or in number of shares only ??

Can anybody share extract of DRHP along with page no. to clarify ?

If applications are less, subscription more than 1x then minimum lot after that proposnate.
