The IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and an offer for sale of up to 13.07 million shares by its existing shareholders and promoters.

If it available within 85 in pre opening session, will buy otherwise when it comes down from top, at that time will buy for intraday position.

Secondly if is reaches +90 , will sell my position without any further thinking. Let's seee .

SBFC provides its services in the form of Secured MSME Loans and Loans against Gold
which is in good demand.

I THINK IT WILL LIST BETWEEN 96 TO 110 .
AFTER THAT IT WILL MOVE UPWARD TREND.

26-27 , currently buying in small Quantities is happening

@Hope is life In such case you and me can't do anything as big players have lakhs of quantity and the way they can manage side.
Live GMP is just to decide where it can be maximum potential to open.
Ex. Just before listing someone posted yatharth GMP 77 now opened at only 6.1 premium on the day so nothing can he do who posted.
If someone can't bear that GMP is now decreasing after allotment then not read comment here in forum or any source. Positivity is the only key of hoping good until 9:45 but face the reality at same time.

At the same time Gen Z investors should also understand the risk involved. They come to market in the hunt of easy money like one ad says 'Ye market sabka hai boss' but the reality is 'Ye market unpredictable hai'. It's not always unidirectional, with time they'll understand.

RBIs no rate Hike decision could be the show spoiler here.

SBFC premium Corrected 40-44% from Rs 42 levels and more carnage left but still people are building big players conspiracy theories related to listing day and comparing SBFC to Yatharth Issue irrespective of understanding the basic work and fundamentals of company. The Company is not doing anything unique in NBFC space which would command such higher PE in the sector, MSME and small people loan financing is done by many small-small lenders having network in those loan seekers and it is more easy for them to gain loan at high intersest from such loan providers who provide small loans without collateral. Secondly Company is boasting that they give Only Secured MSME loans but the catch is they are charging high interest rates than any other secured lender which inhibits 75lakh ticket size msme to approach them for loans. Third, Company Cost of funding is rising and might go above 9% which is very much pressurizing NIMs even after distributing secured loans at exorbitant high rates.
All such factors might be discounted by the markets after listing and true valuation of company can be adjourned until then Khelo India Khelo.

@Hope is life Message are not meant to create any sort of happiness or panic, its just healthy updates received from various Street Friends, anyone getting paniced and happy by such messages doesnot understand equity market and is new to risk bound markets. They should take help of financial advisor to get educated regarding risk and volitality of Stock markets
