I got to know HDFC Bank is good for minor account. Pls adviçe do we have any specific plan name or it's regular saving account. Do they allow guardians to apply online ASBA in kid's name and do we have any limit set by bank? I mean can I apply in SHNI category?

Today i did both but was not successful. Dmat account is with ProStocks.
Otherwise I heard in forum that hdfc minor account works so i will open that also

The company has filed DRHP with the capital market regulator SEBI for the second time in March 2023, wit a reduced IPO size of Rs. 1200 crore. which got approved last month.
Earlier it had filed IPO papers for the first time in November 2022 to mop up Rs. 1,600 crore comprising a fresh issue of 750 crore and an OFS of 850 crore.
The reason for this is unknown for reducing the size of IPO.

As per DRHP, IPO Size - 1200 Cr. - 750 Cr. (fresh issue) + 450 Cr. (OFS)

As per RHP, IPO Size - 1025 Cr. - 600Cr. (fresh issue) + 425 Cr. (OFS)

The IPO size was reduced due to Pre-IPO placement of 27.27 million shares at an issue price of Rs 55 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 45 per equity share) aggregating to Rs 150 crore, and the fresh issue size was reduced from Rs 750 crore to Rs 600 crore.
