As per SEBI circular, Bank will be require to validate UPI & ASBA that it is not 3rd party application...

Abhi bhi invalid hi tha lekin koi zariya nahi tha 3rd party check karne ka ab new rules ke hisab se banks ko check karna padega mandatory..

Yes now banks have to validate and somehow if banks could not validate than banks have to expose PAN of bank account holder. Than registrar will compare demat account's PAN with bank account's PAN. if it matches than bid is accepted otherwise rejected.

More information will come once this rule will become mandatory.

FYI Bank will update their software with register Pan like ICICI & HDFC & kotak & yes Bank doing in these bank we can not add 3rd party name with pan card coz time of register pan card by default selected & we can not change so no way to discuss the possibility. to jabtak benefit mila enjoy kiya ab time Gya to gya. & top of that grey mkt. business is finished based on 3rd party now they have to open Bank account & kept the money for IPO its difficult to maintain for unknown person.
