You can't do anything about it.
At best, you can take heart of having learnt a lesson of not making a physical application at that bank/branch.

You can get compensation equal to listing gain. Complain to the bank formally .... if they do not budge, complain on SEBI portal against the bank with proof of submission.

There is some rules for compensation if it is bank's mistake in Main IPO. I have received some money by Kotak Securities/Kotak Bank after email them. Compensation depends on Subscription and Listing gain. They give calculation in refund email. But that was almost 3-4 years back, so I don't remember exact details of it. If I found email then I share it here.

But you must email bank, and if bank accept their fault then you should ask for compensation as per rules.

The stock listed on the exchanges on December 12, 2019 was at Rs. 58.75 over the allotment price of Rs. 37, while the allotment probability was around 3% only.

Same for me, it was lagging but just 1 time around 9.15 but everything is smooth, no signs of allotment though..

Yes.. visible.. but in allotted it is showing amount

Most probably u got the allotment
