Yes you are right. Your application wasnt even considered for lottery. Since here bhni is approx 11 application wise, atleast 9,or 10 at 100 lots each would have come into lottery.

Since this is mainboard IPO it doesn't work like the way you have mentioned. There are only 3 categories -> Ratail (From 1 lot to 13 lots), Small HNI (more than 13 lot but less than 68 lots) and big HNI --> anything more than 68 lots.

In over subscribed IPOs (like SBFC) your chances of getting allotment remains the same whether you apply for minimum number of lot for a particular category or maximum. For example your allotment chances will remain same whether you apply for 68 lots of 100 lots.
