Points Noteworthy :

1. Experience of 2 generations with the company, been in the same business switching in between from trading to manufacturing

2. Concentrated in and around NCR and UP region. Customers mostly include small private players selling items in UP region. Some of the supplier are in fact customers as well and vice versa.

3. Top 10 customers does include Adani Wilmar as one of the names but overall % could be minute compared to total turnover.7

4. Operating on wafer thin margin of 2% PAT, with no moat in the sector and business no re-rating other than liquidity can drive this higher

5. Turnover has taken a hit but despite that EBITDA and ROCE margins are in line with peers meaning effective execution

6. Operating at 92% capacity at both Plants, there is need to expand to grow more but nothing is being funded from this issue. All this after being cash flow positive at their own end.

7 . LM is decent enough to sail this at premium listing. Small issue size also add to the post listing price movements

8. Contingent liability for Indirect Taxes case of around 13cr if materialised poses threat to company image.

9. At 130, even as per FY25, P/E is around 16. Industry average is in range of 10-12. Nothing much left to latch upon except enjoying the post listing action.

10. Domestic industry of packaging demands innovative solutions for environmental friendly but no visibility in and around this issue of Sati Polyplast.

The promoter Balamukund gave an interview on YTube, clarifying those pointers.

Very much possible the inventory backlog clearing out resulting in increased turnover. Volumes have been high from the last 1 year or so already.

As per their WC calculations, theyre not projecting much revenue growth (15-20%) this year (companies usually project the moon), so im taking any forecast of growth wtth a pinch of salt.
