How much I (we) rely on CG is best evident when the wealth of experience and knowledge of its members is missed in critical times.

I sorely missed the possibility of discussion on Hindustan Zinc OFS today, and strongly suggest and request @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com to consider devoting a section to it. Buybacks are more frequent, but generally the impact of a buyback is insignificant, compared to the interest and interaction an OFS can generate. More so, when the buyback proceeds will also be taxable. So, if it is either-or situation, I would anyday vote for a section on OFS compared to buybacks.

I remember, many years back, CG used to have IPO like pages for OFS too. Please consider having a section or at least IPO like pages for OFS discussion in future. Hundreds or thousands of users would benefit from it.

I tried googling variations of HZL + OFS + chittorgarh, kuchh nahi mila :-(
