It would be interesting to see the market price movement. The Company is doing similar type of business like Kore Digital. It went as high as 290 but couldn't sustain there due to delay in fund raise. Subscription figure will dictate the price.

Thanks for those kind words. I will be appling Sar Tele - both in rights and FPO with long term view. They have several work orders from BSNL, will do good in my opinion.

Today listings: Effwa and Ganesh - both are very good for short and long term investments.

New IPO: Prizor Viztech very good for long term. '

I have huge allocation in Sar Tele. I will be applying FF on rights (more than my entiltements).

I assume that after RE trading completed (artbitrage issue over) today, share price would move up from Thursday (I may go wrong here). Friday Anchor list will drive FPO subscription and short term GMP or CMP movements.

As per Company notifications (please refer latest investor presentation), company has very big plans. If executed well, Sar Tele will do really good due to sectorial tail wind in long term.

I would avoid personally. As you said, big issue, partial OFS, No Anchor. There are plenty of options availabale. Because of EV theme, it may do well in long term, I would wait and may think to add after listing.

The LM's (Pantomath) amc fund - India Inflection Opportunity Trust-India Inflection Opportunity Fund (as DII) - holds about 2.41% in the company.
Recently company had longterm revenue sharing tie-up with BSNL for certain locations.
Company had already installed 373 4G/5G Towers which are leased onward to Airtel. Several LOIs from telecom giants like Airtel, Vodafone, Jio are expected in the near future. Company is planning to install another 6000+ 5G/4G Towers in the next 2 years.
Further amount of Rs 450 cr to be raised via FPO and Rights is a huge sum for a sub 1000 cr market cap sme company.
