Now a days I apply SME IPO only for the namesake, just to keep the redundant cash busy. Better to buy from secondary market after the initial turmoil after listing is over. This strategy is helping me to make good returns.

Some listing gain, does appear to be on cards, though not assured. Upside to 250+ may come after 3-4 days of initial sell off on listing.

Devv, most important indicators for me to consider are rate of Growth in revenue and PAT. Then quality of customers and brand value. Then, sector in which, it's operating and the technology it uses. In this case, almost all these parmeters are ticking right for me. I anticipate at least 10% gain here. But element of uncertainty always remains in the market. In case listing is below expectations, my assessment is it will rise in a few days time.

Risk to reward ratio is low here and that's why I have applied in HNI and RII through multiple accounts. I have also applied in rights category as I am aware of the company. Many people is saying here that long term prospect is good, but listing gain may not be there. But whenever there is long-term visibility, investors go for early opportunity and that will result in listing gain also. I am not bothered about listing gain and will hold the existing as well as allotted shares for long term.

we attribute FY24 earnings on post-FPO paid-up equity capital of the company, then the asking price is at a P/E of 50.23. Thus the issue appears aggressively priced.

A company going for FPO, rights issue too soon is a warning sign.
I have personally burnt hands Varanium Cloud - which similarly broguth in rights issue/ aplit/ bonus, etc. The promotors just after the lock in of 1 year after IPO sold their holdings and price of the share doomed. All sorts of fraud matters surfaced in that company.

If hni subscription 5 time then 5 lot apply for get confirm 1 lot and if subscription 10 time then 10 lot apply for get confirm 1 lot

Sir will i able to take exit after allotment in pre open market like between 9 to 915 even very small listings gain but not want to lose my hard earn money. Generally i go very safe that why not got any allotment in last 2 year neither in SME or mainboard

@ᵣₖ₋Dₑₗₕᵢ ifyour taxable income is more then 2.5 L in old and 3.0 L in new Tax regime after all the deduction and rebate, then this capital gain will be imposed as special rate of income.
Ex- Mr.A has 2 L salry income and capital gain of 1.5 L and he didn't claim any deduction so 1.5L will be taxed as special rate and after deduction the remaining amount add in income and consider total income inwhich the respective tax slap rate will be apply.
Ex2- Mr. B is freelancer and doesn't hav eany income comes direct in bank or he dealing in cash.and his capital gain in 2.4L so his taxable income in only 2.4L hence no tax will be deducted.
