Agreed that Sandhar is Market Leader on 2 wheeler Locking system. The same was told about Precision Camshaft as well. At this moment it is trading at 50% discount to its IPO price. My Intuition says not to apply in this IPO. So skipping it...

While comparing this share with Motherson Sumi, please be aware that face value of Motherson Sumi is are. 1/-, face value of Sandhar share is Rs. 10/-
Valuation can't be termed expensive.

1. page 335 is Restated UNCONSOLIDATED summary, while the Restated CONSOLIDATED values are on Page 255-256. They also matches to the values in Mr. Davda''s review (basically this review made me to search for numbers in RHP)

2. I meant Tentative dates/Timelines, as we do for other IPOs. Basically - issue dates, allotment, refund, allocation.
