HDFC Securities is allowing application even after 5 today.. Applied just now @ 5:12 PM

Me too at 4.00 PM.

Since retial is subscribe 1 times and hence almost all will get allotment. Even in past QIB and NII are subscribed heavily but still IPO opens at discount. I guess even this time the case is same.

Too early to say it will list in discount... Good subscription figure also suggest that might have chance of list in positive... Depends on mkt now

Yes its too early to say I think Retailer has misjudge it. mostly ppl are thinking based on others action for subscription so here ppl are too much intelligent to share their views to avoid high subscription in retail quota.
