FY 22-23 6 months revenue is Rs 180.62 lacs and MD - Mihir Vora has been appointed at Salary of Rs 5.00 lacs per month + perks & benefits which is around Rs 60 lacs per year + perquisites+benefits. So 1 employee salary will be 1/6th of annualized revenue.
Company has 9 employees only including above mentioned MD.
For an IT company, it has tangible property plant & equipment of Rs 0.24 lacs i.e. Rs 24,000 only.
Around Rs 110 lacs receivables are due for more than 1 year of which around Rs 17 lacs is doubtful
Payment to contractors was Rs 40 lacs for FY 21-22 which is Rs 5 Lacs for 6 months of 22-23
Profit on sale of investment is approx Rs 31 lacs which is declared as "recurring and related to business activity"
