SAMHI's hotels operate under established and well-recognised hotel operator brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton and Holiday Inn Express.

I dont know, why they are in loss.
If premium hotels are not rewarding, what they need to do.

This IPO is like a betting game 🙂

i think this IPO will be withdrawn ofcourse because of low subs

QIB only can help it and retailers will withdraw soon

​@newgen consultancy Sir, Goldam Sachs is exiting at huge loss (bought at 219 and selling at 126). Usually, it doesn't happen. I think earlier investors have lost confidence and are not willing to continue their investment in the company. It should be seen as a negative sign in my opinion. However, I may be wrong in assessment.

As a lover of hotel and hospitality stocks and a major shareholder of IHCL, I'm currently slanting towards applying with some risk on the eve of the final day of the issue. But I'll share my verdict before 1 PM. Thanks.

seening the current market condition and valuation it is a must avoid IPO. no movement in GMP. There are chances of negative listing of this IPO.

Will Skip it after looking at negative factors such as high price, big issue size, FV Re 1, previous losses. high debt and interest cost and other peer stock. I will rather buy other hotel stocks from secondary market.

Had a good season of earning so applying only few retail to try luck for listing gains.

Applied 50% of my applications. Planning to go FF on Monday

In ICICI ASBA, for HNI it is 3.30pm and for Retail it is 4.15 or 4.30 pm.

maybe. its the market frenzy that all wants to get going with IPOs

I also think that they will be forced to withdraw. Now GMP is just ₹2.

To be very honest The Valuations are cheaper and attractive

The Biggest problem in this IPO , Maybe not pointed out by anyone yet is FREEFLOAT

Same Happened in Inox Green and SJS enterprises
Post listing huge huge pressure us seen

I personally think 20-25% Gain ban jayega par agar listing ke din 20% LC lag gaya to sara gains jayega which is Damm possible

So will be cautious ⚠️

Anchor Investors won't sell on listing day.

So not 1200 cr free float on listing day, its less than 800 cr.
