you can sell on listing day, because shares will be alloted in earlier date, listing date will be after allotement

Yes you can sell because it is not treated as intraday trade because you already have allotment.

in my opinion you should apply for minimum lot only as issue is already oversubscribed hence chances are less to get the allotment

Monday is the last day for applying.
