This is in continuation of the notice no. 20170614-47 dated June 14, 2017 for Offer for Sale (OFS) by Mr Amol Jagdish Kapadia & Mrs. Sushila Jagdish Kapadia ,Seller Promoter(s) of Polson Limited (“the Company”), through Stock Exchange Mechanism for 11,200 equity shares of the Company POLSON LTD of face value Rs. 50/- each on 16th June, 2017 for Non- Retail Investors and 19th June,2017 for Retail Investors and Non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their bids.

Now the Seller Promoter(s) of the Company have informed the exchange for withdrawal of the offer for sale. A copy of the withdrawal intimation letter is attached with the notice.

Accordingly the OFS issue of Polson Limited stands withdrawn.

Trading and Custodian Members of the Exchange are requested to note the same.

Incase of Godrej agrovet is it beneficial to buy godrej industries as it holds 63% stake in agrovet?

SBI LIFE just applied application for IPO to SEBi, may be it will take 1-2 month for announcement.
same for Salasar they applied in Feb and IOP come in July.
