I applied for Sai Swami Metals IPO as retail investor today through Zerodha. As the mandate was not received in the phoneapp, I cancelled the application with the intention to apply again. Although I got message about the cancellation, I could not place the fresh order as amount was blocked.
Can it happen that even i don't accept the mandate, the amount is blocked? Experienced members pls throw some light.

Stop using PhonePe, it has lot of bugs and no customer support (at all). I use gpay and it's seamless experience.

Expert please guide about the allotment process of HNI SME.
Mujhe ye to pta hai ki agar hni say 200 times subscribe hua h aur kisi ne 250 lot apply kiye hai to use 1 lot confirmed milega but baki 50 lot ya 249 lot k liye wo lottery system ka part hoga agar haan to kitne lot k liye 50 ya 249?
Aur agar kisi ne 10 lot lagaye aur kisi aur ne 2 lot lagaye to dono ki lucky draw me probability same hogi ya 10 wale ki 2 ke comarison me 5 times jyada probability hogi?

Funds available for 2-3 lots... better to make single lot application in retail or 2-3 lot application in HNI...Please advise as to whose probability will be better for allotment.
