Why are you waiting yesterday.. Bhai..!!
You must sold yesterday at upper circuit.. !! Every sme's are not suitable for longterm holding..
Out of yesterday 3 listings..only Amkay product is good for holding...
One side..getting allotment in sme's are very tough.. & .. Other side you did not utilised profit opportunity.. It's not fair.. Bhai !!
Now God knows when & at which rate you will get opportunity to exit.. !!

Personally very bearish on this counter - it's just a steel scrap trading biz (90% of revenue), the Utensil biz is barely 3 cr in rev as per RHP and revenue "growth" is simply because the company acquired other promoter owned biz in this timeframe - there's no mention of their past revenue to see if there's genuine growth.

Completely GMP driven listing. I had applied some retail lots, and would have exited immediately if allotted. @Aaashish

Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just a beginner. I found this on the RHP,

"In order to cater to the growing market demand for our products, specifically for stainless steel kitchen utensils and appliances and expand our presence in new regions we are in the process of acquiring our one of the subsidiary Dhruvish Metals Industries LLP"

Why would they have to acquire one of their own subsidiary?

"Currently, Dhruvish Metals LLP is having fixed capital of ₹1.00 Lakhs which is hold by Sai Swami Metals and Alloys Limited, Mr. Nipun Anantlal Bhagat and Mr. Bhaumik D Bhagat, having 51.00%, 24.50% and 24.50% holding respectively and currently Sai Swami Metals and Alloys Limited is planning to acquire 48.00% in addition to existing holding in Dhruvish Metals LLP for an Investment of ₹400.00 Lakhs."

Does this mean, of the IPO proceeds the promoters are taking 4Cr?

​@Ganapa That's spot on - just a roundabout way to bring money to the promoters. No mention of how they arrived at the valuation for Dhruvish. This whole biz is very shady, but in bull market, anything goes.

​@Pangaj Don't be like me Yet to study all but I'm most excited about ABS, but unfortunately GMP keeps going up. Winsol will be dramatically oversubscribed, so keep that in mind. Winsol doesn't deserve the GMP - in that sector growing 10-15% YOY for last 2 years is poor, and order book of 100 Cr is small and doesn't justify the extreme premium. But of course the crowds will lap it up, so flow with the tide, and get out before it swallows you.

​@Simply Vicky from fundamentals perspective, a bit of yes and no (there are a few positive things but also few negative things - Q4 results will clear that out). From pure play perspective, yes, have bought a few lots.
