getting big contact of EV CHARGING STATION (see page no 79 of rhp)
its strange nd curious also
when u r in IT related business nd suddenly shows interests in EV BUSINESS..
also using net proceeds in this

I M TAKING THIS POSITIVELY (good decision from promoters, they are going with direction of wind[EV RELATED FUTURE])

note-this is not any kind of suggestions
just observations from RHP..

The IT portfolio of the company is good and participating in all latest developments. Not sure of the source of such a high revenue reported. Presently going for diverge investment in EV charging station. Looks like the company doesn't have stability in its core business and that's why trying for diversity.
Not an obvious choice for me.... Will see the GMP and subscription figure to take a call.

No doubt a small company of 2020, but entrepreneurs have no boundaries and no field. They are spread all over the country and in diversified sector of present situation.
If one has funds and ability he can be a successful entrepreneur. All our big bosses have started at small level with one product, they have diversified into different fields at unbelievable levels.
The things required are : decision, dedication, execution, interpretation and finally good intention.

A very good SME from Gujarat coming for rewarding investors with considerable good size.
All positive figures :
Total Assets
Total Revenue
PAT
Net Worth and
Revenue
Allare increasing every year after but
Borrowingsdecreasing every year.
Difficult to see such financial figures.
As far as price band , nobody is going to give free hand. Due to all positive, going to subscribe heavily, difficult allotment but good gain candidate.
All unblocked funds available. To apply with FF.
