You may let it be now. Most probably, you won't be alloted as the subscription will be 10-15× . And very minimal chance of negative listing, if allotted. Some gain is highly likely. I intend applying to target 1 lot. My opinion but decision yours.

Bhai, Abhi jisko Jo mauka mil Raha woh loot raha hai, past history ki koi value nahi. Aisa market pehle kabhi nahi dekha kisi ne. 2007 ki market bhi aisi nahi thi.

You need to approach your local broker for grey market trading. It's unofficial and purely based on faith.

I am not in touch with any local broker. I am from Jaipur. Anyone from Jaipur can introduce.

LM with decent track record
Company is in business of weaving and sizing of dyed / plain yarns for manufacturing of grey / dyed fabrics.
Prospectus filed on 16-aug-23 has financials till feb-23 only. Full year 22-23 financials not available till aug-23.
As per EPFO establishment records last PF paid was for 15 employees in jun-19. Since then company has not deposited any PF for any employees. Company claims to have 114 employees
Purchases from top 5 Suppliers was 37.06% till Feb-23 while top 5 customers contributed 36.42% of sales
Turnover has increased but consumption of electric power & fuel has gone down
Company is consistently earning EBITDA over Rs 5 cr for the last 4 years however interest cost has been 70-80% of EBITDA except for 22-23
Freight inward and packing expenses were Rs 44 lacs in 21-22 while in 22-23 11mths, it was Rs 16 lacs only
Company has borrowed Rs 2.1 cr from Sahaj Marbes @ 24.60%, the rate was revised downward to 6% from 1-apr-23
Borrowings fro HDFC Bank is in the range of 8.25% to 9% while borrowing from SBI is in the range of 9.25% to 13.25%
Promoters are experienced, hands on individuals familiar with textile industry
Capacity utilisation @ 89% in 21-22 indicates that company is operating at near optimum levels and further growth could come from expansion or outsourcing. Currently also, it resorts to job work for meeting its customer demands.
Except 20-21 (pandemic year), cash flow from operations has been excellent in the last 4 years
Based on working capital projections, company intends to achieve revenue of Rs 110 cr in 23-24

Everything is somewhat fine .. Debt (Not too much debt .. compared to Revenue / PAT)

Issue Size is not too small 2.0 Cr or too big 100 Cr.
It will be managed .. 😂 Selling Pressure / Cornering of Shares / Etc
