@NOORUL ,how many lots u applied sir,now a days ur not giving ur important input,plz keep in touch sir,All forum wil be waiting for ur updates,is there any negativity in this ipo?

I will get around 4 lots. I am regularly posting my views here but may be lost in over loaded messages. I didn't find any big negativity here. IMO it will open with premium.

i am not applying here, if you are able to sell in grey then apply.....
company is in competitive sector and has good enough debts and so good amount of interest payments for that....latest financials looks to have window dressing for ipo by showing lesser interest/tax and showing higher PAT....
LM is good here so there are chances of positive listing but after listing movements can be either side...company may grow in future by using ipo money for expansion and debt reduction which should reflect in its further results.....
applying open here is little risky but still chance can be taken for 5-10% gains or upto 5% negative opening....
