Again flop show negative listing confirmed

Skipping completely as the asking price is too high, scrip will list in T Group listing (which has a risk of high LC and UC), and GMP is non existent. Since the last 8 IPO listings were damp squibs, I'm avoiding this and request all retailers even with aggressive investing strategy to think twice. Thanks.

At the end of the calender year as well as financial year some good, the best, bad and the worst shares are reviewed. This is the review of some worst IPOs of the year. In Share Market all type of investors are there : selling on listing either profit or loss, short term, mid term and long term. There is no question that these shares gave many chances for exit at profit. There may be chances of these share giving multi fold profit or even at 10% of the IPO price in future. I had not even applied in 3 of these 4 IPOs.
As I am a long term investor in general but not from the beginning in Market. In the time of Harshad Mehta, I sold shares of 10 at Rs.635.
I have shares which are 100x from its IPO price which were at half the price of IPO in 2008 and many at 0.20x. Also holding CPSE ETF. Man proposes God disposes.
But shares are/will always be reviewed. I have just reviewed only 4. There are many, many more to review but not possible here because this forum doesn't accept some of the discussion. So try to understand the post.

Revenues, EBITDA and PAT has a grown at a CAGR of 28%, 97% and 283% respectively in the last 3 years.
EBITDA margins have grown from 4% in FY20 to 7% in FY22
PAT margins have grown from 1% in FY20 to 5% in FY22

The total outstanding debt of the Company as on date is INR 37.23 Cr, out of which INR 19.6 Cr shall be repaid out of the Issue proceeds. The post IPO debt shall stand at INR 17.57 Cr. Post Issue, the debt-equity ratio of the company shall stand at 0.19.

Good part is that retail will not be trapped more than 10% of issue size as this issue needs to have 75% QIB. So HNI short if any can not flow into retail

Had it been a SME ipo grey would be 50% up. Size of the ipo is just 66 crores approx.
