The way Main board Ipo is going recently, I am expecting a pause in filing in the RHP by the aspirants.

No IPO (DRHP) Approved by SEBI in last 2 weeks.

Finally today Landmark cars crossed its issue price. I have holded one lot from the day of allotment patiently waiting for the rise.Now, sold it @ 509.50. Could have waited little longer for increase in price but i had intention of only to recover loss after it got listed with lesser than issue price.
PS: The same happened with fusion but i sold one lot on the day of listing at loss but after some days it crossed issue price. So, i thought it would happen with Sula and Landmark.Now,Still waiting for Sula😊.

Bhai, by your methodology, better buy after listing and earn something also.

@Notatrader Sometimes it will cost you more for example like cartrade and take all your hard earn money in a single go also sometimes it will reward you like Rainbow medicare
Better keep SL and you can purchase it later ,thing which matters the most is whether you are able to make money for the time you are giving to stock.

I understand it is not "re-file with proper" data, rather "with certain updates". Details of "updates" which SEBI sought is unknown.

The IPO will include a fresh issue of 400 crs and an OFS of approximately 2000 crs.

Last valuation for Mamaearth was $1.2 billion in January 2022. The company is now seeking a $3 billion valuation for its upcoming IPO.

Shilpa Shetty's 0.75Cr investment in Mamaearth could be worth 80Cr if the company goes public at its target valuation of ~$2Bn.

Mamaearth reported profits of 22 cr last year. If the company goes public at its target valuation, it would be valued at a multiple of 1000 times its profits

REAL SHARKS may question whether it's reasonable to give funding to a company at a multiple of 1000 times its profits.

it's worth noting that promoters, angels, early and late investors, and even brand ambassadors are all selling shares in the company.

For comparison, HUL's last year's profits were 9000 Cr and the company's valuation on the public market is 600,000Cr, a multiple of 66.

QIB subscribe end of the day at any valuation and save the issue. if QIB punish these kinds of issue then promotor thinking twice for demanding such valuation.
