If the promotor group company is in wilful defaulter list of RBI/CIBIL, how SEBI/RBI allowed another company promoted by same promotes to accesses and raise money from primary market? This is something very strange. Investors should know the facts before applying

@jajo They acquired the company from an ARC prior to their acquisition the company has defaulted.

Thats why IPO was allowed by SEBI.

After looking at financials feels this issue should have come in sme rather than main.

Actually what's the criteria for being a sme and main board company? i have seen sme companies having higher revenue and profits comparing this.

A small cap IPO. As the accounts are not updated, don't know the company's latest performance. However, thankfully the company is not coming up with an OFS. All fresh money raised will be used for the company's business purpose. Let us wait for the final picture

What will be the GMP of this micro IPO?

If i am not wrong, this company was going for sme listing this/last year.

With such a small financials how a company can come in main board ipo? Even some SME ipo like uma and vital chemtech have better financials than this.

Profit is less than ONE Crore in each of the three years ending March, 2021.

Profit figures for the year ending March, 2022 (which are not available, as of now) cannot be relied upon without causing any doubt.

Even if the market capitalization is at Rs. 100 crore at Higher Price Band, the the P.E. multiple would be more than 100.

Is the company capable of achieving extraordinary business so as to bring the P.E. level to prevailing and acceptable market level?

We will have to see the comments of the persons who are well versed with this type of business as well as who knows about the company operations.
