You have got allotment in another 'Flex' i.e. Mega Flex. Sabar Flex allotment is on 16th Sept.

@Noorul.. I have applied for 43 Lots.
Is there anybody with same 43 lot application ?
Looking forward for another coincidence, much needed this time.....

@Avenue What happens if no. of lots are same for 2+ people? Does it increase the probability in HNI?

@Eren.. if someone applies for 40 lots and issue is subscribed 100x , his chances are 40% = 0.4.
This no. Is usually rounded to decide how many will be allowed 1 lot in that category.

So if only 1 applicant, chance 1x 0.4 = 0.4
After rounding 0, so he will not be alloted.

If only 2 applicant, chance 2x 0.4 = 0.8
After rounding 1, so 1 of the 2 will be alloted.

If only 3 applicant, chance 3x 0.4 = 1.2
After rounding 1, so 1 of the 3 will be alloted.

If only 4 applicant, chance 4 x 0.4 = 1.6
After rounding 2, so 2 of the 4 will be alloted.

@jitZ.. Thanks for confirmation.i was worried that I may turn out to be only applicant of 43 lots.
Now if we are only 2 for 43, one of us will get allotment.

@Avenue That's interesting. Thanks for the info, I didn't know about the ceiling round-off.
So taking e.g. of Sabar Flex which is subscribed 116x(let's take 110x with actual valid applications) and if 2 of you guys applied 43 lot = 2 * 0.37= 0.74, so 1 of you will be allotted 1 lot but one question remains like even if you applied different lot(e.g. 43 and 41 lot), one of you will still get allotment as long as the sum of your probabilities is > 0.5, right? Lot no. needs not to be exactly the same.

@JitZ... I am curious to know, did you got allotment here in Sabar against your 43 lot application...

You are saying you got 5,000 shares, that is 0.5 lots. Is that correct? Please help me understand here.

Avenue has got 1 lot.. it's same if Noorul gets or Avenue.

@K.Atar : avenue informed it was co-incidence from him so looks noorul partner was not avenue, but someone else. Anyways they can only confirm.

@Lokes .. @Prabhjot.... I have applied here with 4 applications for 43,7, 6,and 3 lots. Subscription is less due to many applicants still blocked in Virtuoso, hope they are released in time.
And yes Noorul is a great man but not my partner here.
How much you applied in Sabar ?

@avenue: i have applied 25 lots here in sabarflex, i have left some money for 2 harsha BHNI applications, other than that some retail applications in sme ipos, no more funds i have other than this....

@noorul: what about your virtuoso allotment, i don't see any post from you regarding allotment (or may be missed), is there any reason so you are not posting about allotment :)

There is momentum in Le-merite, but it still has to cover some ground. In a broader sense, the SME market behaves very strangely and prima facie seems to be manipulated.

How can one explain that a fancy and once heavily oversubscribed IPO like Le - merite be available below the issue price for so long in a bull market, seems that this is a market of listing traders and not investors....one should tread with caution for sure. A recent example is Ameya oversubscribed by 200 times and still in LC everyday.

The present formula is sell on listing, this will however work only in the present scenario, what happens next?

yes good upmove, me and Mravi sir recently mentioned that it is good and will move up, consolidation was happening around 70 levels...
I remember @takamachi bought one lot of le merit at 70 as he mentioned....

I also bought 2 lots at 70/-

4,72,000 shares for delivery . Who might have brought these shares?
I was expecting some bulk buy , My guess is someone bought with multiple a/c and want no trace in buy list .
What is your take on this

Board Meeting is on 30th September 2022 and Book Closure date is from 23-.09-22 to 29-09-2022. I bought 1 lot at 53.20. Now having 2 lots including initial allotment. Planning to keep till the publishing of its Half Yearly Result

@Admin. Due to non-updation of subscription figures for some time between 2.30 pm and 2.55 pm, I miscalculated and applied for 51 & 53 lots only though funds are available to go up to 90 to 99 lots for two applications. Please take care in future

@Devbull. same thing happened to me, hence pointed to admin.
I also had funds to apply for 80-90 lot application, but seeing so low subscription have applied only for 43 lots.
I jump at closing minutes has rubbed salt on the wound. :)

i tried to increase my bid in HNI in indusind but was not able to do

Indusind bank is not allowing to revise bid.
Once amount blocked , forget it.
